Musings on timing in karate and how it applies to quidditch, especially the beater position. The alignment of your bones and muscles depends on good technique and good timing, just as finding an opportunity to score on a good defense depends on capitalizing on a moment of perfect focus. Never just focus on the ball in your hand but also where you are relative to everyone else.
